Common questions
How long is a gift card valid?+
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If the recipient needs a little more time, just get in touch and we'll happily extend.
How does the recipient redeem their code?+
When they book a treatment, they'll see a "Have a gift certificate?" field at checkout. They enter the code and the value is applied to their booking. Any unused balance stays on the code for next time.
Can the recipient choose any treatment?+
Yes. The gift card holds a monetary value (£25 to £200) which can be put toward any treatment in our range, from a 45 minute massage through to Ayurvedic and Reiki sessions.
What if they've never had a holistic treatment before?+
Emma offers a free initial consultation for all new clients, a relaxed conversation to understand what they're looking for. They can use this to find the right treatment before redeeming their gift card.
Can I send the code to the recipient directly?+
Of course. The code arrives in your email shortly after purchase. Forward it to the recipient with a personal note, or print it and pop it inside a card to hand over in person.
I bought a gift card before June 2026, will it still work?+
Yes. Older gift cards bought through the previous system are still honoured. Message Emma directly with your code and she'll book you in personally.
