Cancellation policy
We require a £20 deposit on all bookings. If you cancel an appointment over 48-hours in advance, we will not charge you. If you cancel after that, or if you miss the appointment, we will keep the £20 deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours you will have to pay the full fee as we will have committed the time.
However we understand that life throws us surprises sometimes so if a genuine emergency happens please tell us and we'll consider waiving the fee. Please also tell us if you are a vulnerable person or caring for a vulnerable person and therefore have to deal with unpredictable events and we will do our best to help you.
